Technical Program Management, mixed B2B/B2C Banking Migrations

I’m most interested roles responsible for delivering 50-500 technical migrations on a compressed timeline.

As a program accelerant. I will….

  • Define a business process with milestones and track progress against it weekly. This business process will be continuously refined as we move along.

  • Technical migrations typically need data from operational systems within the org. I’ll work with your resources to define recurring extracts of the data needed to deliver migrations. I’ll manage that data and integrate it into the team in ways needed to achieve agility. Almost certainly I’ll be able to use commodity desktop software available within the org for this purpose.

  • Develop rapport with your sales/support resources and alignment on communications before approaching the customer.

  • When we identify friction in our processes, we will address it and refine our processes.

  • Status meetings with stakeholders are for progress, risks and blockers.

  • Forecast completion dates based on experience and customer input.

Master Data Management

  • Are you trying to decide whether an MDM or a CDP suits your use case better?

  • Are you wondering why your industry leading MDM implementation has a constant backlog of support tickets with the vendor?

  • Are your plans for Operational MDM after the initial Analytical MDM phase looking distant?

  • Are you wondering why your MDM vendor kept telling you the version that was about to be released would handle your volume?

  • Is your implementation team failing to build consensus across departments during your design sessions?

  • Are you wondering why I will refuse to be your MDM evangelist?
